This apartment is located in an awesome gothic Victorian villa situated on the lower slopes of the Wells Road close to the River Avon and the South entrance into the centre of Bath.

PLEASE NOTE:  This is a character-filled building and is not the “perfect boutique hotel” so many guests desire nowadays.  It may not be your cup of tea, but if you enjoy the unusual and the quirky, this is the right place for you.

Set back from the road, behind an iron gate, this gothic wonder was once a Victorian Schoolhouse.  Its owners have lovingly rearranged it into five uniquely decorated apartments.

We are also a short stroll from our “Reproduction Georgian” Southgate Shopping Centre, replete with restaurants and shops steps away from the Bath Spa Railway and Bus Stations.
