THE ROYAL CRESCENT LUXURY APARTMENT is a stunning two bedroom apartment in the best address in Bath. This apartment occupies the ground floor of one of the splendid houses that form the amazing architectural marvel that is known as The Royal Crescent.
Elegantly furnished and beautifully restored, this two bedroom home lives up to its famous address, offering the beauty and comfort its name suggests.
This is the utmost in Georgian splendour, from the gracious drawing room with its original cornice and decorative ceiling, to the exquisite period conservatory which opens onto a pretty and sunny terrace surrounded on all sides by gardens and greenery.
The grand drawing room is tastefully furnished with antiques that blend with the apartment’s original features, such as the enormous Georgian fireplace, the delicate cornice work and the soaring Georgian windows. The drawing room is at the front of the Crescent. It overlooks Royal Victoria Park. Guests have a key to the exclusive Crescent lawn.
BEDS: There are two king bedrooms with views out towards the rear gardens and terraces. One of the bedrooms has a superking bed that can be divided into twin beds for added flexibility.
There is only one bathroom, but like everything else in this apartment, it is attractive and perfectly designed.
The modern kitchen opens into the delightful dining room which is enclosed in the period conservatory. The lovely garden terrace is on view from both the kitchen and the dining room.
This is an absolutely splendid apartment with all its wonderful period features retained alongside modern facilities such as Flat Screen TV, DVD, Ipod dock, Stereo and WIFI.
Everything you could possibly require will be in the flat, from linens and towels to tea, coffee and cookies. There is plenty of natural light and some of the most amazing heritage sites of Bath are just outside your door

Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes and, like all our properties, this fabulous apartment is totally NON-Smoking!
There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends.
This is luxury flat, but children over 10 years are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.
RATES FOR 2 GUESTS:
£350 Per Night £1400 A WEEK.
RATES FOR 4 GUESTS:
£400 Per Night £1500 A WEEK.
Special rates apply for Christmas and New Year. Minimum stay is only 2 nights, 3 nights for Bank Holidays.
There is also a £100 refundable damage deposit payable with the balance.
